Sinzer allows for multiple community- account- and project admins. You can have multiple roles within a community
A community typically contains one or more accounts and templates. SIF communities also contain the building blocks for the framework(s) used in the SIF community.
Accounts contain one or more projects. Accounts are managed by the account admin role that also has access to all projects in that account.
Projects are managed by the account admin and project admins.
Tips for user and access management
- Community admins do not have access to the accounts in their community or the projects by default.
- If you are a community manager and you need to keep access to an account and it's projects you have to make yourself the account admin for the account the moment you create it.
- After this you switch to the role of account manager for the new account and invite another account admin
- Alternatively you can ask the current account admin to make you an account admin
